Council Policies

Council policies set governing principles and guide the direction of the organisation to align with community values and aspirations.  These policies have a strategic, external focus and align with the mission, vision and strategic direction of the Shire.

The structure of the Council Policy Manual Index aligns Council policies within the framework of the Shire of Irwin’s Strategic Community Plan 2017-2027.  We are currently revising policies and will bring them over to the new format through the revision process.
