Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Shire of Irwin are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Councillors across various functions to ensure the efficient and effective operation for the Office of the CEO.

This position will oversee a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative tasks including duties to support our Councillors and departments across the organisation, correspondence writing, document preparation and project coordination.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to utilise their strong interpersonal skills and initiative to promote positive public relations for the Shire of Irwin.
