The renewal of Moreton Terrace continues to progress well, with today seeing the end of Stage 1.

The trenching for the electrical conduit including the backfill and reinstatement is now complete, with Survey and levelling currently being undertaken in preparation for asphalt works next week. Stage 2 commences on Monday 24 May with profiling works which will then be followed by laying of the new asphalt surface. Sections of the road are anticipated to partially re-open to traffic thereafter.
