Council adopted the Shire of Irwin Corporate Business Plan 2020-2024 at the 8 December 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting. 

The plan was developed with consultants Localise who expertly facilitated robust Councillor workshops to identify key challenges and 4 year priorities. Revisions to this plan will be made in early 2021 after review of the Strategic Community Plan. This will involve extensive community consultation so watch this space!
