Seaspray weed and revegetation site - NACC grant.

This area was densely populated with Agave and Boxthorn plants, we aim to assist in the protection of local native coastal plants by removing the Agave and Boxthorn and re-vegetating with local provenance plants.

he Boxthorn was removed and on Friday 24 August 2018 we conducted the first of two planting sessions, in which we planted 150 seedlings.

A second planting was conducted on 12 September 2018 where we planted the remaining 150 seedlings.

Smart Living Guidelines

The Shire of Irwin’s Green Infrastructure Strategy advocates development of Smart Living Guidelines.
