Building Application Forms

All building approval forms are created by the Building Commission. Applications must be lodged with the permit authority - Shire of Irwin using one of these forms.

Fees and Charges

There is a minimum building application fee of $166.65 ($105 application fee + $ 61.65 Building services Levy).

Additional fees are payable when the estimated value of the proposed building works exceeds $20,000.

Fees and charges for all applications are payable upon submission of the application.

The Shire of Irwin accept payment methods including Cheque, Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card over the phone.
