Notice is hereby given of the Shire of Irwin’s intention to borrow funds. 

At the Ordinary Council Meeting held Tuesday, 26 April 2022, Council resolved by absolute majority to make application to the WA Treasury Corporation to borrow $1,290,000 over a period of 7 years for a grader, truck with tippers and wheel loader. 

Pursuant to section 6.20(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995, one month’s local public notice of this proposal is hereby given.
