The Moreton Terrace renewal has been on hold until a sufficient break in wet weather conditions could be established. We are now anticipating recommencing Stage 2 of the project works late next week, pending further wet weather conditions.

As rainfall events continue, minor disruptions and intermittent closures may be experienced for pot-hole patching which will be conducted on an as required basis.Until informed otherwise, Moreton Terrace is open to traffic with fencing and cones in place to clearly delineate lanes and unsafe zones. Parking adjacent to most businesses along Moreton Terrace will be open, although street parking remains unavailable. Lighting plants have been set up at both roundabouts either end of Moreton Terrace as an added safety precaution for night traffic and pedestrians.
