Due to planned coastal rehabilitation works along the shoreline adjacent to Ocean Drive from Marina Heights to Richardson Road, this section of road will be fully closed for the duration of the works.

Traffic movement after the Big 4 caravan park entry to Marina Heights will be restricted to local traffic only.

The appropriate signage will be in place and the works are scheduled to commence Monday 8 February 2021 for a duration of approximately 4 weeks.

The Skate Park will remain open with access from Ridley Street. Sections of the beach shoreline and pedestrian pathways will also be closed with detours in place, and residents are asked to avoid the area during the period of works.

Large machinery will be active during normal working hours and the area is not safe to enter via the road, path or beach.
