Please be advised remedial pruning works will be carried out along Moreton Terrace following an arborist report which will help promote new growth, tree health, and improve tree safety of the heritage listed Moreton Bay Figs.

The works will commence Monday, 8 March 2021 through to Friday, 12 March 2021.

Traffic Management will be in place along Moreton Terrace from Brand Highway to Waldeck Street in 5 main stages. Brand Highway to the Point Leander Drive roundabout will be controlled by stop and go to keep traffic flowing. All other stages of work will be controlled with sectional road closures.

Shops and businesses can still be accessed via both Hunts Road and Smith Street. Please note that temporary detours will be in place for the duration of all sectional road closures.
All motorists and pedestrians are asked to obey all traffic management instructions while in the area to ensure public safety.
