Ordinary Council Meetings are preceded by Agenda Forums.

The Agenda Forums are open to the public and will take place at 5:00pm one week before the Ordinary Council Meeting.

The Agenda Forums provide the community with an opportunity to observe and understand items requiring Council approval at the monthly Ordinary Council Meeting.

Ordinary Council Meeting's commence at 6pm. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 11-13 Waldeck Street, Dongara, unless otherwise advised. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
