2016 COMMUNITY SCORECARD

Be in the running to win one of three $100 gift cards by simply providing us with your feedback…

A community scorecard will be provided to members of the community in the coming week to provide an opportunity for feedback so that the Shire can understand the community’s ideas and vision for the future. The last comparative scorecard was carried out in 2013 and has proved pivotal in determining the strategic direction of the Shire which contributes towards budget preparations as well as service level planning and design.

CATALYSE® Pty Ltd, an independent research and strategic planning company, has been appointed to assist with this study.  All results will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.  When reporting results, CATALYSE® only presents aggregated or anonymous data. The Shire will not have access to results from individual respondents.

A scorecard may be completed by all members of your household aged 18 years or older. Hard copies of the scorecard will be provided by ‘letter drop’ next week to applicable residents for completion and return using the reply paid envelope provided. All other residents will be able to gain access to the survey by either collecting one from the Shire administration office (11-13 Waldeck Street) or by completing a response online by visiting www.irwin.wa.gov.au or www.catalyse.com.au/studies. All surveys are required to be completed and returned by Monday, 14 November 2016.

Completed surveys received by the closing date accompanied by the relevant entry form information will go in the draw to win one of three $100 gift cards.

A summary of survey results will be uploaded to the Shire’s website and copies will be available at Shire Administration Office (11-13 Waldeck Street, Dongara) once collated. If you have any questions, please contact Lauren Tunbridge, the Shire’s Coordinator Organisational Performance, on 99270000 or email hr@irwin.wa.gov.au.
