LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVALIABLE FOR INSPECTION - STANDARD AMENDMENT

 

SHIRE OF IRWIN LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 5 SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 18

 

Notice is hereby given that Peter Webb and Associates have prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of rezoning Lot 51 Indian Ocean Drive, Arrowsmith from General Farming to Special Use (SU29): Tourist Site.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at the Shire of Irwin Administration Office, 11-13 Waldeck Street, Dongara or on the Shire of Irwin website www.irwin.wa.gov.au (under the Planning tab) and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including Monday 2 October 2017.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before Monday 2 October 2017.
