Every membership gives you unlimited access to the Fitness Centre and group Fitness Classes. With an extensive range of equipment, class options, you'll find an array of options to help keep your workouts fresh, varied and your motivation high.
Fitness Appraisals and Programs included
So you can see how you're improving, upon joining and every 12 weeks thereafter, you'll be given a free fitness appraisal, a program developed specifically for you, and a step-by-step introduction to the new routine.
