Community, business and sporting groups are invited to update their details once a year; however details can be updated at any time by completing a Registration Form. Forms can be posted to:

Community Events

Community Events Calendar

Is your group holding an event and need some help with promotion? Community groups can submit details of their events to be considered for the Shire's Events Calendar.

The event must:

  • Be located in the Shire of Irwin;
  • Be open to the general public;
  • Provide a benefit to the community through encouraging community participation in cultural, recreational or social events or promote healthy lifestyles.

Events that will not be posted:

  • Events by commercial enterprises aimed at making a profit;
  • Personal fundraisers;
  • Meetings that occur on a regular basis, for example a community group.

Please note: There is no guarantee that events will be posted. Requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and only events the Shire deems relevant will be posted.
